Frank B. Ingraham, SPHR, received the 2008 Ron Shane HR Lifetime Achievement Award. At the 2008 Delaware State HR Conference, Pat Buhler announced that Frank was selected to receive the highest recognition in Delaware's HR community for his contribution to the profession. He is president of the State HR Council, past-president of Delaware SHRM and is a Human Resource Consultant with the DuPont Company reporting to the Corporate Human Resources Director of Personnel Relations and North American Operations, and is focused on the planning and support of implementing the HR Transformation project for DuPont North American Operations.
