Welcome to the new Delaware SHRM website! We are so excited to show case the caliber of talent within our membership and work together on the goals we have set to enhance our local HR community, the Delaware workplace and our community at large. Some of the exciting things we are working on this quarter include; building new programs to attract more students to HR and SHRM, meeting with our legislators to be sure our voice is represented, and planning our July diversity program focused on the benefits of employing veterans.
