 SHRM Foundation

DE SHRM  Chapter is a strong supporter of the SHRM Foundation.  Each year, DE SHRM Chapter raises money for the National SHRM Foundation to help fund Innovative Academic Research Grants, scholarships for HR professionals obtaining their degree or certification and for educational resources including free Effective Practice Guides which convey research of various human resource topics.  Look for our creative raffle and fundraisers at monthly meetings.

IDEAS and DONATIONS are always welcome!  Please share your ideas or a donated item to be raffled during these activities with Laurie Sample, DE SHRM Administrator at

We appreciate the support we receive from our members, the state council members, individuals and corporations. Your financial support is vital to ensure that the SHRM Foundation can continue this important work within the Human Resources profession.

All money donated by DE SHRM to the SHRM Foundation is sent directly to the SHRM Foundation which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The Foundation is a legally separate organization, and is not funded by SHRM membership dues.
