Troy Farmer is the Founder of Empowerment That Values All Enterprises (E.V.A.) Troy is a mental health practitioner that specializes in professional and personal development, which entails consulting, coaching and counseling services.
Troy has been the College Relationship Director on the Board of Directors at National Association of African American in Human Resources (NAAAHR-Delaware) since June 2012.
She’s on the Women’s Expo – Planning Committee for New Castle County Chamber of Commerce.
Troy has also been involved with the Annual Breakfast with the YWCA of Delaware since March 2013. The Annual Breakfast hosts over 400 attendees that support the mission of the YWCA to eliminate racism and empower women and families.
She is also a mentor to engage, empower and educate women who are seeking to improve or excel in their personal or professional lives.
Troy received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Widener University.
