400 attendees at this year's conference

Delaware SHRM partnered with the Delaware Economic Development Office deliver "Pathway to Performance: Motivating and Rewarding People to Succeed," the combined Delaware State HR Conference and Governor's 3R event. This year's conference featured sixty exhibitors and 400 attendees.

Each year it seems that the competition for the Delaware SHRM Student Scholarships gets more challenging! This year the Scholarship Committee chose three outstanding students, each of whom works full time while going to school and maintaining grade point averages over 3.75!
