How to join

To join Delaware SHRM, go the chapter Membership center. You can join online or print and complete a hard copy of the application. If you use a hard copy, mail it with your membership fee to the Chapter Administrator. Just follow the instructions on the form. You also can join at the registration desk at a monthly chapter meeting.

At this time, you can join as a Delaware SHRM chapter only member. However, we urge you to join the National SHRM organization. With 200,000 members, it is the largest organization supporting HR professionals. Its web site is rich with resources that can be used by every HR person, regardless of their function, specialty or experience.

To join SHRM National, complete the online application on SHRM's website. Be sure to include Delaware SHRM's Chapter number 206 on your application.

Delaware SHRM membership

The current cost for joining our chapter is posted in the Delaware SHRM membership center. Membership is for a calendar year (January 1 through December 31). The cost is separate from the SHRM membership fee. As a SHRM national member, you may be eligible for a discounted chapter membership fee.

Experts say that you get the most out of an organization when you are actively involved. Our chapter is a vibrant, fun organization committed to supporting HR professionals in Delaware. We always welcome any member who is interested in joining a committee or taking a leadership role.
