Requests for conference refunds are honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing by October 3, 2016. There are no refunds to registrants who do not cancel. A $50 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations. Substitutions are permitted if registrant cannot attend. Notification of substitution or cancellations must be sent by email to Lsample@deshrm.org.
