Kim is Vice President of Brandywine Technology, which is an IT staffing firm and also services customers IT needs through Managed Services and Professional Services. She has worked with Brandywine Technology for 6 years. Kim is in charge of employee relations and also services all HR needs for the employees and company. Kim was a teacher for 11 years prior to working with Brandywine Technology. Combining her extensive experience in teaching and organizational development, with her specialized training, Kim helps people integrate process and organization skills into their work life. Kim has a broad work history with large corporations, small businesses, and learning institutions.
Kim worked at Citibank for 8 years in the Customer Service Division and was awarded the Gold Star for Outstanding Customer Service. She then worked in the Cash Managed Division, servicing corporate customers account needs for account implementation. Kim was awarded the Silver Star for Outstanding Customer Service.
After servicing the corporate world for many years, Kimâ€™s passion was always to teach. Kim has taught in the public and private sector. While teaching, Kim was presented an award for her devotion as a teacher to her students and families. Kim has served on several boards within the school district as well as boards within her community. Volunteering is one of her passions.
Kim is originally from Delaware, she has 3 children and lives with her husband in the Hockessin area.
