SHRM Delaware State Council Trilogy brings you this workshop to deliver hands-on learning focused on networking benefits and realizing goal achieving outcomes, ways to improve employee absenteeism and holding difficult personnel conversations, and specific thoughts how to build a great culture, while being engaged with colleagues and maximizing the effectiveness from a collaborative environment of best practice sharing.

Frank Ingraham, EDD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, transitioned his deep DuPont roots of business leadership (e.g., labor relations, human resources, Six Sigma/Lean project management, training & development, and community relations) to the adult-learning educational environment of Wilmington University as an Adjunct Instructor teaching within the College of Business, focused on course work such as Strategy in Organizations.

Building upon his years of successful mastermind group facilitation, and versatile educational leadership, Frank’s adaptive flexibility now equips adults with an expanded lifelong learning approach toward achieving greater success by examining their personal goal setting impact on quality of life satisfaction.   

Frank has a long service record of volunteering with the Wilmington University Alumni Relations, the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Delaware Center for Justice (DCJ).  A graduate of Wilmington University’s Leadership and Innovation doctoral program, Frank has also received HR certification from SHRM and HRCI (SHRM-SCP and SPHR, respectively) and is a published author (Your HR Goal Achievement Pocket Guide, available from  Frank enjoys spending time with his family, the beaches of Delaware and Maryland, as well as researching family history.
