Are you on the front lines of the talent war in the nonprofit sector? 

You’ve probably learned a thing or two along the way on recruiting and retaining top leaders to your organization. Here’s your chance to share your wisdom and make an impact in the field! 

At this exclusive round table event, we’re inviting select nonprofit leaders in HR to partake in a candid discussion on talent management in the nonprofit sector.
 
That’s where you come in -- we’d like to feature our nonprofit HR members on the roundtable. Apply for a seat at the table and a chance to share your experience and brainstorm solutions with this exclusive group of nonprofit leaders.
 
This private event, planned in partnership with DANA, is designed to achieve real world solutions for nonprofit leaders. The discussion topics and key takeaways will be shared with Delaware SHRM members at a later date. We’re testing out this format of events for use in future monthly programs.
 
If you are interested in partaking in the roundtable discussion please submit a statement of interest and a current resume to info@deshrm.org no later then July 17th. We will notify all those that have applied of the selection process outcome via email by July 19th.
