A winning culture starts with identifying and nurturing foundational areas of growth for leadership that is essential to the building blocks of success for any business, their people, and the organization’s mission. When business systems are aligned and driven by this collaborative concept, partnerships have the opportunity to flourish with positive results. Success can be sustained by those who are “Cultivating a Culture of Effective Leaders”.

Human Resource Professionals will engage in the interactive conversation regarding leadership effectiveness and best practices, which provides a blueprint for success that supports a progressive business environment.

Troy Farmer is the Founder of Empowerment That Values All Enterprises (E.V.A.)  Troy is a mental health practitioner that specializes in professional and personal development, which entails consulting, coaching and counseling services.

Troy has been the College Relationship Director on the Board of Directors at National Association of African American in Human Resources (NAAAHR-Delaware) since June 2012.

She’s on the Women’s Expo – Planning Committee for New Castle County Chamber of Commerce.

Troy has also been involved with the Annual Breakfast with the YWCA of Delaware since March 2013.  The Annual Breakfast hosts over 400 attendees that support the mission of the YWCA to eliminate racism and empower women and families.

She is also a mentor to engage, empower and educate women who are seeking to improve or excel in their personal or professional lives.

Troy received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Widener University.
