Diane Campanile, SHRM-SCP


A member of SHRM since 1996, Diane has an extensive background in human resources management and employer compliance.  She currently leads the Human Capital Management practice at the Lyons Companies headquartered in Wilmington, DE.  Lyons HCM provides senior-level consultative expertise for HR functional audits, job description development/FLSA recommendations, compensation planning, targeted training and HR support.  Diane focuses on employer compliance.  She received her formal education at West Chester University, The Wharton School of Business and Villanova University.  Diane has worked in both union and non-union environments within municipal governments, as well as, private and publicly traded companies.  She serves as SHRM legislative conduit in Pennsylvania district 6.


Kevin Cameron

Kevin is the founder of Exclusive Search Connections, a boutique executive search firm that specializes in identifying, interviewing, and connecting exceptional candidates with roles that drive strategic goals within an organization. Kevin is also launching a new business, “Connect Delaware”. Connect Delaware is a multifaceted recruitment solution for colleges, universities and companies hiring highly technical and/or scientific talent located outside of their immediate geography. Kevin has many years of experience in the field of recruitment, talent acquisition, and connecting with professionals in transition to help them build their careers.



Holly DePalma


Hollyis the Managing Director at the MidAtlantic Employers’ Association (MEA).  In this role, she provides oversight and direction on consulting, project management, and training services to organizations. Holly has a wide variety of knowledge and experience in the areas of Employment, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit plan design and general Human Resources services. Holly is also a Certified Predictive Index Consultant and works with many MEA members driving business efficiencies by implementing Predictive Index, a behavioral assessment platform, within their organizations. Specifically she has been using PI  to coach leaders and managers to different outcomes: self-awareness, team development and helping managers get the best out of their employeesHolly will be speaking towards generalized careers advice, how to face candidate assessment testing in the selection process, and “behind the scenes” tips on how she advises businesses to approach recruiting/selection process.

Each attendee will receive the SHRM Credit-approved book, “The HR Answer Book: An Indispensable Guide for Manager and Human Resources Professionals."  This book has been Approved for 2.5 SHRM Recertification Credit. After reading this approved book, you must complete a quiz on SHRM’s E-Learning platform.
