What’s the best piece of advice you received along the way as you were building your career in HR?
To remain open minded and consider all the alternatives, as there is rarely just "one right" answer, and it is an HR professional's job to guide managers and employees to consider the best solution for their specific situation.

What advice would you give to a new college graduate?
To gain as much experience working with diverse people in both private and public sector organizations.  Volunteer when possible, and develop relationships that you can sustain over time.  Your ability to relate well with others is a key to success.

If you could live (and work) anywhere in the world, where would you go?
London, England

Outside of your work in HR, what wakes you up in the morning?
Gratefulness to have another day to work toward becoming my "best self".

What is a current issue you are passionate about?
Health and wellness, especially as it relates to the body, mind and soul.

Anything else you'd like to share with us?
I am encouraged HR professional's worth and contributions are becoming more widely recognized and appreciated in the workplace.
