Ken Kramer SHRM-SCP
Ken Kramer is an HR business professional with a deep expertise across many industries that include; financial services, information technology, sales, marketing, education, healthcare, life sciences and manufacturing.
Throughout his career, Ken has worked as a trusted partner with all levels of leadership, utilizing his analytical ability to offer effective human capital solutions and recruitment strategies that produce top-performing workplaces.
In his most recent role, Ken served as a HR Site Service Leader for Dow Chemical, a leading global chemical manufacturer with operations in over 50 countries. In this role, Ken was a sought after coach and advisor, supporting leaders in identifying the root of cause of obstacles and developing successful business and people solutions. Many of the programs that he implemented earned him company wide recognition from leadership at all levels.
Ken’s core HR competencies include; employee engagement, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, policy development, EEOC compliance, compensation, job evaluations, FMLA, international employment VISA laws, diversity and inclusion.
He graduated from the University of Delaware with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, with a specialty in Social Psychology. During his senior year at college, Ken was an undergraduate research assistant for a project that studied the effects of intergroup bias that was funded by the University of Delaware’s Honors Program. In addition to his degree, Ken also holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
Outside of his professional role, Ken serves as a board member for the Mid Atlantic Ballet Company. He is also an avid practitioner of Senkotiros, a Philippine martial art system. Ken resides in Newark Delaware with his wife, Jamie along with their son and daughter, Kevin and Kara.
